Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical-Electrical or Electrical-Mechanical Engineer with experience in supervising and managing industrial projects, coordinating various technical disciplines, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in industrial projects with diverse technical specialties. 2. End-to-end project management from implementation to quality control. 3. Extensive experience in supervision and preparation of technical reports. Degree holder with valid professional registration in Mechanical-Electrical or Electrical-Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision and/or management of industrial projects Experience coordinating technical disciplines: Structures, Electrical Installations, Air Conditioning, Sanitary Systems, HVAC, among others Experience in management and supervision of discipline-specific projects Project implementation and management Preparation of technical proposals: work plans, schedules, technical specifications, and other documents Experience in quality control, construction progress monitoring, and compliance with technical specifications Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and designers Experience reviewing and cross-checking drawings Experience preparing and/or reviewing technical reports and progress reports Experience managing project timelines, costs, and resources Experience in budgeting TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Advanced reading and interpretation of discipline-specific drawings Knowledge of construction processes and work sequences Familiarity with current technical standards and regulations Knowledge of quantity take-offs, budgeting, and valuation Knowledge of material and workmanship quality control SOFTWARE: AutoCAD SAP (Desirable) Knowledge of KPI indicators Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500.00 - S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
