Requirements * Basic knowledge of **plumbing, painting, electricity, and carpentry**. * Experience in office or similar environment maintenance (preferred). * Proactive, responsible, and cooperative individual. * Time management and organizational skills. * Availability to work in Surco. * Completion of three or four doses of the COVID\-19 vaccine. Responsibilities * Move, relocate, and organize furniture across various environments. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's offices and event venue. * Identify failures in infrastructure, electrical systems, sanitary systems, and others. * Support general maintenance tasks as required. * Ensure facilities and equipment remain in good condition.
