Position Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Resident Engineer to supervise HVAC installations, coordinate with other disciplines, ensure safety and quality, and resolve on-site issues. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for executing work safely, with quality and efficiency. 2. Supervision and coordination of installations to avoid interference. 3. Technical advisory services in electrical and electromechanical matters. INGENIERIA THERMOMETALICA S.A.C., a company specialized in HVAC, with experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, is currently seeking (01\) RESIDENT ENGINEER with at least 1 year of experience (registered and licensed). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ► Supervise installation and coordinate with other disciplines to avoid interference. ► Responsible for executing work safely, with quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. ► Weekly progress report on construction activities. ► Resolve on-site issues. ► Review contractual drawings and assess whether change orders (additions or deductions) are required. ► Respond to inquiries and provide technical advisory services in electrical and electromechanical matters arising from the project. ► Review protocols and testing procedures for the entire HVAC system. ► Prepare and deliver the quality dossier upon project completion. **REQUIREMENTS** ► Registered and licensed engineer. ► Minimum 1 year of experience in air conditioning and ventilation. ► Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. ► Completion of at least one training course in air conditioning and mechanical ventilation. ► Residence in Breña or nearby areas. ► Must be punctual, proactive, honest, and capable of working effectively in a team.
