Ensure achievement of B2B business financial objectives by continuously monitoring KPIs, identifying deviations, and leading action plans jointly with key stakeholders. 2\. Lead the monthly financial closing process, ensuring data quality, consistency, and timeliness, as well as detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast. 3\. Direct the business’s financial planning, including preparation of the annual budget and its periodic revisions, aligning financial objectives with corporate strategy. 4\. Develop financial forecasts integrating revenues, costs, and margins, incorporating scenario analysis to anticipate risks and opportunities. 5\. Assess the profitability of initiatives, projects, and new business models through financial analysis, ensuring value-creation-oriented decisions. 6\. Strengthen cost control and efficiency by identifying optimization opportunities and promoting continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with operational areas. 7\. Act as a business partner to business units, providing financial insights and analytical support for strategic decision-making. 8\.
