Leadership of technical personnel in field and workshop Indexum is seeking a Field Supervision Engineer **Requirements:** * Degree holder, registered with the professional association, and licensed in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, and/or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising electrical projects, including involvement in manufacturing, testing, and installation of electrical systems. **Knowledge:** * Design, integration, and validation of electrical control, protection, auxiliary services, and telecommunications panels, as well as associated equipment. * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, EPLAN, and MS Office (intermediate to advanced level). * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise correct execution of technical processes in workshop and on-site, verifying compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. * Coordinate review and validation of engineering deliverables (diagrams, calculation reports, electrical drawings, signal lists, etc.). * Monitor quality of electrical equipment during manufacturing and installation phases, raising observations and ensuring timely closure. * Witness and validate equipment and system tests in workshop (FAT, ICI) and on-site (SAT), ensuring proper documentation of results. * Conduct and/or supervise tests using OMICRON test sets or other applicable test equipment. * Coordinate on-site installation, wiring, and integration of electrical systems up to commissioning. * Manage material inventory in workshop and on-site, verifying quantities, conditions, and availability. * Submit requests for additional materials in case of shortages and prepare surplus material lists upon service completion. * Efficiently manage assigned resources across all activities. * Prepare technical reports, progress reports (S-curve), photographic panels, and daily site reports. * Track project documentation to ensure achievement of objectives and KPI analysis. * Plan activities and provide technical support in accordance with the baseline schedule. * Represent the project technically in meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. * Lead and coordinate technical personnel in workshop and on-site, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Develop technical procedures, ATS, and safety documentation. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality standards throughout all service stages.
