Proposal of continuous improvements to assets, processes, and workflows This is your opportunity to unleash your talent and join our team! **Job Mission:** Active collaboration in the conceptualization and execution of creative projects, aligned with strong visual and graphic knowledge and judgment. **Responsibilities:** * Develop digital and printed graphic assets for rapid implementation using design, editing, and artificial intelligence tools. * Adapt content to multiple digital formats and platforms, ensuring visual consistency and operational efficiency. * Create/edit videos for Instagram and TikTok. * Propose continuous improvements to assets, processes, and workflows by incorporating new tools, trends, and technologies applied to digital design. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Integrity and trustworthiness * Confidence in decision-making * Creativity and innovation **Requirements:** * Graduate in Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Strong visual, graphic, and creative knowledge. * Ability to collaborate with other members of the creative team and with clients. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines. * Basic knowledge of the following social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or in similar roles. * Bonus: Experience with AI-powered tools. **Benefits:** * Excellent working environment * Fully remote position.
