Job Mission Ensure the quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of IT services through the definition, monitoring, and control of processes, metrics, and best practices, guaranteeing compliance with SLAs and frameworks such as ITIL, ISO, and COBIT. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the IT quality management model, ensuring measurement and continuous improvement of processes. Identify and implement improvement opportunities in services and operational workflows, enhancing quality in IT infrastructure and development. Lead Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives, reducing incidents and optimizing service efficiency. Oversee and control IT vendor performance, ensuring compliance with defined standards and service levels. Validate vendor work plans, ensuring alignment with defined standards. Design and manage KPIs and IT service dashboards, ensuring performance control and visibility. Coordinate the delivery of IT services (infrastructure and development) under a PMO-like approach, ensuring proper execution of plans. Crosland is a Peruvian organization with over 60 years of market experience in the Automotive sector, specializing in the distribution of two- and three-wheeled vehicles. Requirements Education and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in quality management, ITIL (certification preferred), incident management, and KPIs. Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is desirable. Intermediate English proficiency. Experience 3–5 years in similar roles in IT quality management, continuous improvement, or technological service management.
