At IDEMIA, we are looking for a **Production Engineer** to lead the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and materials prior to the start of mass production. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields * 3 years of experience as a production supervisor in **manufacturing industry** with focus on **printing** or **product customization** * Knowledge in: **Lean Manufacturing** (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required), time studies, standard work sheets, flow diagrams, and **quality-safety regulations** (ISO 9001, ISO 45000) * Experience with **ERP systems** (SAP) * **Intermediate English** **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute the daily production plan ensuring compliance with customer requirements. * Lead and coordinate a team of 18–20 employees, guaranteeing efficient operations focused on results. * Monitor and ensure achievement of key performance indicators: production volume, quality standards, productivity, scrap levels, staff turnover, and customer service. * Supervise proper shift rotation and resource allocation to maintain operational continuity. * Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives by proposing solutions that optimize production processes (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required). * Ensure compliance with occupational, physical, and logical security standards, maintaining a safe working environment. * Support, when necessary, purchase order management in SAP to prevent operational delays. **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary of S/.4,000 * EPS health insurance fully covered by the company * Food card worth S/.470 * Extra vacation bonus (5 days) * Extra Christmas bonus (5 days) * Life Insurance Job type: Full-time Base Pay: From S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
