Review the requirements in the post and apply. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Warehouse Coordinator** to manage and optimize logistics operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and compliance with processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of warehouse management experience. * Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor incoming, outgoing, and stock items using management software. * Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch of products, ensuring timely delivery. * Optimize warehouse space utilization. * Design and improve warehouse layout to streamline operations. * Implement safety, hygiene, and risk prevention standards for personnel and products. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in **logistics and warehouse ERP systems**. * Intermediate office software skills (Excel, Word, etc.). * English (preferred). **Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Leadership * Proactivity * Teamwork * Results orientation **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities **Location:** Carabayllo **Work Mode:** On-site Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200.00 \- S/.3,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
