Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Development Engineer for the Mining Unit, responsible for reviewing and monitoring technical documentation, defining strategies, and preparing documentation for permits. Support in the preparation of the Project Charter. **Date:** May 5, 2026 **Location:** 14 \- LIMA, PE **Company:** Buenaventura At Buenaventura, we are currently looking for a **Project Development Engineer – Mining Unit** **Main Responsibilities:** * Review, approval, and monitoring of technical documentation for studies and engineering within the unit’s project portfolio. * Definition of study and permit strategies in coordination with the Project Management team. * Preparation of technical documentation for permit management: Environmental Management Instrument (IGA) and operational instruments. * Project definition and support in preparing the Project Charter for the unit’s project portfolio. **Professional Profile:** * Licensed Mechanical Engineer. * 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in similar positions. * Certification eligibility for AACEi or PMI is required; existing certifications will be highly valued. * Experience in engineering and design for multidisciplinary projects. ***IMPORTANT!*** ***Buenaventura does not request any payments of any kind to participate in its selection processes.
