Cleam Ambiental, a company specialized in comprehensive waste management, is seeking a Welding Assistant to join its maintenance team. We are looking for responsible individuals focused on safe work practices and eager to learn and support metalworking tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or basic technical studies. * 6 months to 1 year of experience assisting in welding or maintaining metal structures. * Basic knowledge of cutting, grinding, and surface preparation tools. * Availability to work in Ventanilla. * Compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist welders in assembling, welding, and repairing metal structures. * Prepare materials, surfaces, and equipment according to assigned tasks. * Perform grinding, cleaning, and basic painting tasks. * Maintain an organized workplace and ensure proper use of tools and equipment. * Strictly comply with safety and environmental procedures. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Timely biweekly payments. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth within the area. * Job stability and ongoing technical support. * A safe working environment focused on employee development.
