Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams Semi-Senior Backend Java Developer – Microservices \& Event-Driven Architecture PERU RESIDENTS ONLY We are seeking a Semi-Senior Backend Java Developer to join an important technology project focused on modern architectures, microservices, and cloud environments. Hybrid mode: 2 days per week onsite – Miraflores, Lima Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We seek candidates with experience in: * Backend development with Java and Spring Boot 17/21\+ * Microservices architecture * REST APIs and synchronous/asynchronous communication * Event-driven architecture * Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar event managers * Saga, choreography and/or orchestration patterns * Distributed transactions * DDD (Domain-Driven Design) * Hexagonal Architecture or Clean Architecture * AWS and cloud services * PostgreSQL and MongoDB * Docker and Kubernetes * Production support and Level 2 incident handling Responsibilities: * Development and maintenance of backend microservices * Implementation of scalable and resilient solutions * Participation in integrations on AWS * Resolution of production incidents * Optimization of services and databases * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams If this posting appears closed, you may still send your CV to frponce@synopsis.ws Application Question(s): * Please state your salary expectation * Have you worked with asynchronous communication or event-driven architecture? * Do you have experience developing microservices? * How many years of experience do you have with choreography and/or orchestration in microservices? * Do you have experience in AWS environments?
