Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with expertise in merchandise management, inventory control, and coordination for a nationally established metal-mechanical company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the receipt and movement of goods 2. Conducts monthly inventory counts and shipment tracking 3. Coordinates with branches and proposes improvements We are a metal-mechanical company with over 15 years of market presence, operating branches across the north, center, and south of the country, and are currently seeking qualified personnel to fill the position of: Warehouse Supervisor. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receive goods * Manage shipping guides within the system * Perform picking and packing for goods movements * Coordinate as needed with branch supervisors * Prepare transfer guides between warehouses * Submit stock requisitions to prevent stockouts * Conduct monthly inventories * Track shipments * Propose opportunities for improvement **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract from day one * Job stability * Comprehensive risk insurance * Full payroll registration **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Technical degree * Industrial sector experience preferred but not mandatory * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) * Adaptability and learning capacity (to become familiar with products) * Industrial sector knowledge or experience and/or Class A1 driver's license will be valued Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
