Training in the telecommunications field **JOIN CNSIC!** **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – TELECOMMUNICATIONS** **Location:** Pueblo Libre, with travel to various locations across Lima as required by operational needs. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (9 AM \- 6:30 PM) and Saturdays (9 AM \- 1 PM) – Fixed day off on Sundays **Compensation:** S/ 1,300 – S/ 1,800 (based on experience) **About Us** At CNSIC, a company specialized in technological and telecommunications solutions, we seek a responsible, proactive, and leadership-driven **Warehouse Supervisor** to ensure efficient management of materials and equipment. If you are motivated to work in a dynamic environment with growth and continuous learning opportunities, this is your chance! **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities. * Organize receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment. * Monitor physical and digital inventory levels. * Prepare stock, movement, and replenishment requirement reports. * Coordinate with logistics, operations, and project teams. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety. * Make decisions regarding material incidents or shortages. * Provide field support when necessary. * For tasks outside regular hours or outside the base location, CNSIC evaluates non-monetary compensatory measures (e.g., additional time off or equivalent benefits). **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control.** * Experience supervising operational staff. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of logistics procedures and waybill handling. * Leadership ability, decision-making skills, and effective communication. * **Willingness to perform fieldwork and extended working hours** when operationally required. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to transition to MYPE payroll based on performance. * Training and learning in the telecommunications field. * Excellent work environment and development opportunities.
