Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced textile cutter skilled in pattern drafting, template making, and operating machinery to perform fabric spreading, layering, and precise cutting. Collaborative and positive work environment REQUIREMENTS: \- Knowledge of pattern drafting for women's wear (jackets). \- Knowledge of freehand pattern drafting. \- Knowledge of template making. \- Knowledge of woven and knitted fabrics (mixed). \- Knowledge of fabric spreading. \- Knowledge of patterns/molds. \- Operation of vertical cutting machines. \- Operation of straight cutting machines. \- Orderliness, punctuality, responsibility, order, and cleanliness. \- Judgment and proactivity in problem-solving. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a textile cutter. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform fabric spreading, layering, placement of patterns/molds, and corresponding fabric marking; organization and speed of fabric cutting. * Verify that the marking notches indicated in the fabric marking are clearly defined. * Inspect fabric spreading prior to the cutting process. * Verify cutting accuracy for each fabric piece and minimize fabric waste as much as possible.
