Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Analyst to manage the receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control of healthcare supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the logistics supply chain of inputs in the healthcare sector 2. Performs inventory control and dispatch to various units 3. Collaborates with the Operations Management and Operations Department We are a private healthcare company with nationwide presence, currently seeking: WAREHOUSE ANALYST. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical degree in Administration or related field relevant to the position Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouses of clinics or hospitals (receipt, storage, dispatch, transfers, inventories) Intermediate-level office software/Excel proficiency **FUNCTIONS** Receive requests made by various departments for appropriate handling. Register information in our RP system. Maintain merchandise inventory and update expiration dates of supplies. Report out-of-stock products. Load and unload merchandise within the warehouse. Prepare orders according to each department’s request for distribution and dispatch to different units, using the vehicle provided by the company. Receive products from suppliers and verify they are in good condition. Prepare reports according to established standards and guidelines regarding operational compliance.
