Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technician in Production Mechanics, expert in operating parallel lathes, milling machines, and planers for manufacturing and rectifying parts, ensuring quality and order in the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Expert in operating parallel lathes and reading engineering drawings. 2. Manufacturing and precision rectification of mechanical parts. 3. Guidance and counseling for apprentices in machining. 1. Reads and interprets illustrations, designs, diagrams, sketches, and engineering drawings. 2. Rectifies mechanical parts and components required for equipment according to specifications indicated in the area. 3. Manufactures parts according to the technical specifications of each Work Order. 4. Maintains order and cleanliness in the work area. 5. Manufactures cylindrical, radial, concentric, and eccentric parts, as well as all types of threads, within minimum tolerances. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** 1. Maintains measuring tools in good condition. 2. Uses required PPE for each assigned task. 3. Keeps equipment and the workplace clean and orderly. 4. Directly executes each assigned machining task. 5. Is directly responsible for proper use of machine tools. 6. Guides and counsels machining apprentices. 7. Submits completed work to the supervisor for quality control. 8. Corrects, replaces, and verifies all work based on quality control feedback. 9. Prepares periodic reports on assigned tasks. 10. Complies with organizational integrated safety standards and procedures; performs any other related duties assigned. **Desired Education and Training** Senior Technical Degree (Production Mechanics). - Production Mechanic. - Tool and Machine Mechanic. **Skills** - Expert in operating parallel lathes. - Knowledge of milling machine operation. - Planer operation. - Accurate reading of engineering drawings. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENT** * 5 years of experience.
