Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Surface Grinding Master to perform precision grinding operations on metal parts, ensuring exact dimensions and high-quality surface finishes. Key Highlights: 1. Operate surface grinders and ensure precision finishes on metal parts. 2. Perform assembly, alignment, and quality control on finished workpieces. 3. Interpret mechanical drawings and select appropriate tools. We are looking for an **experienced Surface Grinding Master who lives near Chorrillos**. Precision grinding work on metal parts, ensuring exact dimensions and high-quality surface finishes. **Your responsibilities may include:** * Safely and efficiently operate surface grinding machines. * Grind flat surfaces of metal parts according to engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. * Assemble and align workpieces on the machine. * Select and replace abrasive wheels based on material type and job requirements. * Perform precision finishing and surface correction. * Interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. * Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of surface grinding machines. * Identify tool wear or equipment malfunctions. * Comply with industrial safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. * Control quality of finished work. * Coordinate with production or maintenance teams to meet delivery deadlines. **Additional responsibilities may include:** * Manufacturing and refurbishment of mechanical components. * Adjustment and calibration of metal components. * Support in turning, milling, or welding tasks, depending on workshop needs.
