**Job Description:**
We are a chain of Peruvian takeout and delivery restaurants with multiple locations across Lima. We are currently looking for a **Store Supervisor** with experience in the foodservice industry, a results-oriented mindset, and leadership abilities.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate daily store operations
* Manage staff (scheduling, performance, and workplace climate)
* Monitor inventory, supplies, and procurement
* Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
* Supervise delivery platform orders
**Requirements:**
* Technical or university graduate in Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
* Experience as a supervisor in restaurants or similar businesses
* Knowledge of staff management, inventory control, and cost management
* Proficiency in Excel and digital tools
* Experience with delivery platforms
* Leadership, organizational, and results-oriented skills
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (one day off per week)
