Job Summary: We are seeking a Laser Machine Operator with experience in CAD design and knowledge of metallurgical-mechanical engineering to ensure proper operation and cutting quality. Job stability and a positive work environment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify proper operation of the laser equipment (gases, air, lubricants, nozzles, ignition, and calibration). * Perform CAD design according to the requisition (RQ). * Position metal sheets according to thickness and dimensions required for the job on the cutting table. * Review the daily cutting plan with the immediate supervisor. * Enter required calibration data into the laser machine according to the task at hand. * Carefully monitor each cut and ensure proper equipment operation. * Inspect cut parts. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Preferably reside near Chorrillos** * **Immediate availability**. * Technical training in Metallurgical-Mechanical Engineering, Production Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum experience: 1 year as a laser machine operator. * Proficiency in mechanical design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or others). * Organizational skills, ability to work in teams, and meet deadlines. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment under the **MYPE** regime from day one. * **SCTR** and **Life Insurance (Ley)** coverage. * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation leave). * Competitive salary commensurate with market standards and experience. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
