Main Responsibilities: * Production and preparation of dishes according to recipes and established standards. * Attending to and fulfilling orders from guests of the Hotel Roosevelt. * Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Complying with hygiene, safety, and food-handling regulations. * Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient service. *(This is a low-traffic shift, focused on production and organization.)* Requirements: * Prior experience as a cook in restaurants or hotels. * Knowledge of culinary techniques and proper food-handling practices. * Ability to work autonomously during the night shift. * Responsibility and organizational skills. * Availability to work the early-morning shift.
