




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic kitchen assistant to support cold food preparation and maintain hygiene in a collaborative work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year in a kitchen** (preferred but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of fish and seafood handling. * Knowledge of salad and cold dish preparation. * Proper understanding of food hygiene and handling regulations. * Organization, cleanliness, and responsibility. * Proactive, energetic attitude with willingness to learn. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Professional personal appearance. * Availability to work shifts: **9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday through Sunday**, including additional shifts during evenings and holidays. * Immediate availability. Responsibilities * Support cold section preparation: fish, seafood, salads, appetizers, and mise en place. * Cleaning, cutting, and portioning of cold section ingredients. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, equipment, and utensils. * Adhere to company-established food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. * Assist the kitchen team as required by service demands. * At the end of each shift, ensure the area is clean, organized, and fully stocked for the next service.
