Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to support procurement management, supplier coordination, and import tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic role requiring organization, proactivity, and teamwork. **Profile Requirements** **Academic Background: Graduates in:** Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering. **Experience:** Desirable: 6 months in procurement, logistics, or administrative areas. Pre-professional internships are valued. **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, database handling) Intermediate English; advanced preferred. Basic knowledge of procurement and import processes (preferred). **Other Requirements:** Residence near Av. Arequipa 330 or ability to commute conveniently. Coordinate with local and international suppliers. Track imports (basic documentation, timelines, etc.). Update product, pricing, and supplier databases. Control and archive procurement documentation. Support in quotations and price comparisons. Coordinate with warehouse and sales departments for supply fulfillment. Report progress and alerts to the department head. **⸻** **Employment Conditions** Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (twice per month) Remuneration: S/ 1,200 monthly Position Type: **Full-time** Salary: S/.1,100\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
