In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Lubrication activities including greasing, oil changes, oil sampling, filter replacements, ferrography, field inspections, leak repairs, etc. * Execution of the annual lubrication program assigned to each fleet. * Extraction and tracking of used oil and grease samples according to the annual program. * Assembly and installation of mechanical and electrical lubrication accessories (e.g., automatic lubricators, Pitot tubes, level indicators, filters, etc.). * Visual field inspections (condition of automatic lubricators, level indicators, filter condition, oil color, sensors, etc.). * Monitoring grease consumption in automatic lubricators. * Mandatory compliance with work permit forms per MCP policies. * Compliance with MCP and its contractor’s policies regarding safety, health, environment, and other applicable policies. * Operating a pickup truck within the mining operation. **Requirements** * Mechanical-Electrical Technician or related field, with certified and/or documented training, and experience in lubrication and maintenance of heavy equipment and plant machinery. * Driver’s license A2B or higher (Desirable) * Minimum 3 years of experience * MLA 1 or MLT1 certification (Desirable) * Knowledge of lubrication system maintenance (MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS) **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
