If you have a minimum of 3 months’ experience in physically demanding tasks, along with a positive attitude, proactivity, and good physical endurance, **this is your opportunity!** **Job Mission:** Perform production tasks at the plant, including loading and transporting cement bags, materials, etc., ensuring the process is carried out safely, orderly, and efficiently to meet production timelines and product quality standards, considering the physical demands inherent to the role. **Employment Conditions:** \* Fixed Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:45 PM. **Weekend Rest (Saturday and Sunday).** \* Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits (subject to evaluation after one month). \* **Fixed Salary: S/ 380 Soles \+ Performance-Based Variable Bonus; on average, our employees earn approximately S/ 550 to S/ 600 Soles.** \* Commuting assistance (shift-end departure toward the Pan-American Highway).
