Are you looking to lead key processes and generate strategic impact in talent management? We seek an analytical, proactive professional with a holistic perspective to assume the role of **HR Analyst**, responsible for leading talent acquisition, personnel administration, and organizational development projects.
Your Responsibilities:
* **End-to-End Talent Attraction and Selection:** Lead recruitment and selection processes from start to finish (from job profiling with department leaders through to *onboarding*).
* **KPI Management and Analysis:** Design, measure, and report key departmental metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, absenteeism, training effectiveness) to propose continuous improvement plans.
* **Personnel Administration:** Supervise and ensure proper contract management, attendance tracking, vacation scheduling, payroll slip distribution, and compliance with current labor legislation.
* **Organizational Development and Climate:** Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, performance evaluations, and initiatives related to climate, culture, and internal communication.
* **Labor Relations:** Address employee inquiries, ensure transparent communication channels, and uphold compliance with internal policies.
What We Are Looking For:
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Licentiate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience in generalist HR positions or analyst roles.
* **Knowledge:**
* Proficiency in current labor legislation (basic/intermediate level).
* Experience with recruitment tools and projective/psychometric assessments.
* **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel** (proficiency in pivot tables and formulas for reporting). Power BI experience is desirable.
* **Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and empathy.
Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month
