Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to support timely payment of obligations and maintain updated accounts payable. Key Highlights: 1. At M&M Repuestos y Servicios S.A., we seek to hire a Treasury Assistant. As part of the team, you will support the department in making timely payments and maintaining proper control over obligations, as well as keeping accounts payable updated with all suppliers. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or University Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or Economics, with a specialization in Finance (Mandatory) Advanced Excel Proficiency in accounting systems CONCAR, STARSOFT, SISCONT (Mandatory) Basic English proficiency Minimum 2 years of experience (Mandatory) Treasury certifications RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and review accounting documentation. Update the national obligations and general services ledger. Update the unique numbers of promissory notes. Issue daily or weekly payment instructions and/or transfer letters. Schedule Telecrédito weekly (preferably on Wednesdays and Fridays). Issue withholdings to suppliers. Make detracción payments. Pay various expenses of the General Manager (insurance, services, and others). Schedule and execute supplier payments. Perform advance reconciliations. File and control banking documentation (Voucher). Track documents requiring reimbursement (per diems, purchase or general service advances). Receive and distribute envelopes from banks.
