You will work in a dynamic environment with clear processes and a real opportunity for culinary development. ⸻ Responsibilities * Assist in ingredient preparation (mise en place). * Perform cutting, portioning, and basic food preparation. * Assist in plating dishes during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with food hygiene and handling standards (GMP). * Assist in basic inventory control and supply management. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service. ⸻ Requirements * Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience (preferably in restaurants). * Basic knowledge of cutting techniques, food production, and hot or cold kitchen operations. * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. * Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field. * Availability to work in Miraflores. ⸻ Benefits * Base salary: S/ 1,400– S/ 1,600 (based on experience) * Tips \+ performance bonuses * Estimated monthly income: S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,000 * Meals * Formal employment registration * Positive work environment * Career progression path (cook / section head) Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
