Position Summary: We are seeking university students to lead RoboThink classes, teaching children aged 5 to 12 how to solve problems and develop critical thinking and creativity. Key Highlights: 1. Lead robotics classes using an established methodology 2. Foster critical thinking and creativity in children 3. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment We seek university students majoring in engineering, psychology, or education, who can teach children aged 5 to 12 and facilitate step-by-step problem-solving thinking, as well as demonstrate willingness to learn platforms such as Scratch or entry-level programming languages. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead RoboThink classes following the established curriculum plan and adhering to the company’s methodology * Prepare and structure activities: initial challenge → step-by-step instructions → customization and enhancement * Guide students in solving practical problems using critical thinking * Assess student progress through observation and assessments * Provide constructive feedback to parents regarding their children’s performance * Ensure safety and proper use of Robotori robotics kits * Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all skill levels **Competencies for Working with Children:** * Patience and empathy toward children of different ages and learning styles * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, accessibly, and inspiringly * Skill in maintaining discipline, respect, and a safe classroom environment * Ability to motivate critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning * Sensitivity to special needs and willingness to adapt activities according to varying learning paces Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
