Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Lead with experience in Java, React, and AWS to lead development teams and build cloud-native solutions in the banking sector. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements * More than 5 years of experience with **Java 17\+** and **Quarkus**. * More than 5 years of experience with **React.js**. * Strong knowledge of **Clean Architecture**, **Hexagonal Architecture**, and **GoF** patterns. * Experience developing **REST APIs** and **microservices**. * Experience with **AWS** (Lambda, CloudWatch, Step Functions, and Secrets Manager). * Proficiency with **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and **CI/CD** pipelines. * Experience with **Python** (FastAPI or Django). * Knowledge of **SonarQube**, **Veracode**, and unit testing. * **Banking sector experience (mandatory).** Working Conditions: * Hybrid: **2 days onsite and 3 days remote.** * Full payroll with all legally mandated benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm * Position exclusively for residents of Peru.
