A Peruvian company engaged in fuel sales is seeking: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical or university-level studies in Computer Science or related fields qualifying the candidate for support functions. \- Experience in server configuration. \- Experience in network solution configuration. \- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical support specialist. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment. \- Physical inventory control and control of all systems. \- Configuration and registration of the biometric clock for attendance tracking. \- Configuration, cleaning, and ensuring proper maintenance of computer equipment and projectors. \- Management of security cameras. \- Prompt and effective assistance to all staff requesting support. \- Compliance with organizational policies and core values. \- Installation, management, and execution of network and telephony tasks (e.g., network device configuration, cabling installation, etc.). \- Supporting users in operating Internet tools, office software, and company-specific software. \- Timely support and response to supervisor requests. \- Promptly attending to and responding to user requests (via phone, chat, email, or helpdesk web portal). \- Maintaining all institutional technological resources in good condition and under proper control. \- Preparation and documentation of technical support reports. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits. \- Career development path. \- Market-competitive remuneration.
