We currently operate as the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport and for Lima’s most important shopping malls and corporations. **What do we require?** * Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum two years of experience in responsibilities such as route planning, fleet management, or service coverage within transportation, logistics, or mobility companies. * Experience analyzing service compliance and quality indicators. * Advanced proficiency in GPS platforms and monitoring tools. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis). * Experience in demand forecasting and process optimization. * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and capacity to make decisions under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Design and optimize route coverage strategy based on demand analysis, service density, and operational behavior. * Define and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) for service compliance and quality, generating insights to guide departmental decisions. * Lead analysis of data from GPS platforms to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement. * Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring incidents and propose corrective and preventive action plans. * Prepare and present management reports with strategic recommendations for continuous service improvement.
