Work Mode: On-site Location: Lima Department: Projects – Engineering **Job Objective** Manage project planning, monitoring, and control to ensure timely delivery, achievement of deliverables, and attainment of technical objectives through effective coordination with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. **Requirements** * Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer. * Secondary substation engineering for medium and high voltage (MV/HV). * Protection, control, metering, and auxiliary services (SSAA) panels. * Management and monitoring of engineering, manufacturing, and commissioning projects. * Technical substantiation of solutions to clients. * Review, validation, and coordination of in-house and third-party engineering. * Management of schedules, deliverables, and contractual milestones. * Identification of risks, deviations, and proposal of corrective actions. * Single-line diagrams. * Functional protection and control diagrams. * Protective relays (ABB, SEL, Schneider, or others). * Engineering, procurement, manufacturing, FAT, dispatch, and commissioning processes. * Strong technical communication skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Coordination and leadership capability. * Professional judgment for making technical decisions. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, update, and maintain the overall project schedule. * Define activities, responsible parties, deadlines, and milestone dates. * Coordinate and monitor engineering, procurement, manufacturing, FAT testing, dispatch, and commissioning phases. * Control technical and contractual project deliverables. * Participate in technical meetings with clients and end users. * Elicit and define project technical requirements. * Translate client requirements into applicable technical criteria for engineering development. * Coordinate and validate internally developed and third-party engineering. * Review technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and deliverables. * Resolve technical queries during manufacturing and FAT testing phases. * Identify project delays, risks, and deviations, proposing action plans. * Convene and lead progress meetings with involved departments. * Prepare project progress reports and performance indicators. * Maintain technical communication with clients, suppliers, and contractors. * Coordinate with involved departments to ensure scope, timeline, and quality compliance. * Escalate only critical, commercial, or contractual decisions to Management. **We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. * Participation in real substation projects. * Professional development in a key technical role.
