Inventory control and achievement of sales targets Job Description: We are looking for a young man or woman **Store Manager \- Customer Service**, proactive and methodical, with natural authority to lead daily operations. The ideal candidate will be the driving force ensuring our team operates with precision, maintaining operational discipline, order, and complete customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Opening and closing the store at the time established by General Management. 2\. Managing in-store customer service and coordinating with the Warehouse Supervisor orders requiring vehicle transportation due to large quantities. 3\. Submitting daily cash reconciliation and inventory reconciliation reports, and assuming responsibility for accurate sales and inventory management. 4\. Managing supplier relationships and coordinating product deliveries. 5\. Leading and directing the in-store staff team, providing clear and understandable instructions to ensure proper performance. 6\. Scheduling in-store personnel according to their working hours and shifts. 7\. Maintaining the store clean, orderly, and aligned with corporate image standards (staff appearance, product display, etc.). 8\. Supervising compliance with internal policies (uniform usage, safety, work procedures). 9\. Reporting incidents, needs, and improvement suggestions to the Quality Department. 10\.
