Formal employment with all statutory benefits The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **PROJECT ANALYST** **I. REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * 1–2 years of experience in AutoCAD and SketchUp (intermediate/advanced level), construction supervision and contracting, or budget and comparative analysis preparation * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre **II. RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and Modeling: Prepare and modify drawings in AutoCAD and develop volumetric models/renders in SketchUp for assigned projects. * Construction Supervision: Monitor on-site that contractors comply with drawings, schedule, and agreed technical quality standards. * Administrative Management: Manage purchase requests in SAP, process progress payments, construction documentation, and municipal permits. * Handling Requests: Assess technical feasibility of infrastructure requests from internal departments. * Budgeting and Procurement: Obtain quotations from suppliers, prepare technical-economic comparative tables, and recommend optimal contracting options. **III.
