**Main Responsibilities:**
* Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the development of engineering studies and infrastructure projects, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing interactions with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
* Promotes effective collaboration among specialists from diverse disciplines, ensuring achievement of each project’s technical, contractual, and strategic objectives.
* Conducts technical and contractual project monitoring, reviews and controls deliverables, manages risks, and prepares, evaluates, and controls technical and economic proposals in alignment with procedures, corporate standards, and industry best practices.
* Develops methodologies and work plans; coordinates administration of consultancy and supervision contracts—including schedules, valuations, change orders, time extensions, addenda, and close-out processes—in accordance with applicable regulations, private contracts, and FIDIC guidelines.
* Participates in selection and formation of professional teams for tenders and bids, and leads comprehensive preparation of technical and/or economic proposals.
* Supports the Transportation Management team in administrative, technical, and commercial activities, including marketing, presentation preparation, and other strategic initiatives.
* Complies with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others.
**Professional Background:**
* Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum general experience of 08 years in infrastructure projects.
* Advanced knowledge of MTC regulations is desirable.
* Experience in projects related to MTC, Provías, Proinversión, CORPAC, OSITRAN, APN, etc. is desirable.
* Strong working relationship with Provías units (Works/Conservation/Supervision) and experience coordinating with public entities.
* Familiarity with projects called by: Provías, OSITRAN, UNOPS, CAF, IDB, World Bank, among others.
* Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
* Availability to work at our Miraflores – Lima offices.
