Job Summary: We are seeking a Semi-Senior SSOMA Engineer to ensure the correct implementation and operational effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, guaranteeing safety, health, environment, and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthening of the SSOMA Integrated Management System and operational risk control. 2. Leadership in training and industrial safety preventive programs. 3. Participation in MINTRA audits, homologations, and certifications. We are looking for our next Semi-Senior SSOMA Engineer Mission: Ensure the correct implementation and operational effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (SSOMA) across company activities, ensuring risk identification and control, regulatory compliance, staff training, proper system document management, and success in audit and certification processes—thereby contributing to safety, health, environment, and quality in alignment with sector standards and client requirements. Responsibilities • Implementation and strengthening of the SSOMA Integrated Management System • Identification and assessment of operational risks • Development of PETS, IPERC LB, and process maps • Training and awareness on safe practices • Guidance to supervision on Smartsheet and client platforms • Industrial safety preventive programs • MINTRA audits of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SGSST) • Second-party audits, homologations, and certifications Requirements • Degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related fields—licensed and registered with the professional association • Certified SSOMA specialization (120 hours) • Minimum 3 years of mining experience (Drilling, Blasting, Open-Pit Mining) • Intermediate Office skills / Intermediate database skills • Smartsheet and client platforms • Knowledge of Law No. 29783 and Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM • Experience in MINTRA audits, second-party audits, and homologations • Willingness to work in mining zones and in Lima office . -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 3 years of experience Knowledge: Teamwork, Auditing, Databases, Risk assessment, Document management, Microsoft Excel, Risks, SSOMA Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: junior
