Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchase Registration Analyst for the industrial sector, responsible for managing and recording procurement transactions for goods and services. Key Highlights: 1. FUNCTIONS Actively participate in all professional growth plans recommended by the organization (coaching, team meetings, OSH training, and other job-related trainings, etc.). Know and comply with occupational safety and health regulations applicable to your duties. Fulfill your occupational safety and health responsibilities as established in the organization's procedures. Receive and review invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and other payment documents related to procurement of goods and services. Accurately and promptly enter all purchase transactions into the company's accounting system or ERP. Maintain the Purchase Register Book up-to-date and properly structured. Assist in controlling accounts payable to suppliers by reconciling registered invoices with payments made. Other duties assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Completed university degree in Accounting and Finance Intermediate Office skills Accounting ERP Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. BENEFITS Join a globally leading company.
