Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Experience in user management and technical support is desirable. Main Responsibilities: User creation and management on platforms (TOA, 360, APK, WhatsApp). Telephone coordination with suppliers for access activation and registration. Telephone support for user creation and deletion on platforms. Updating information in internal systems.
