Position Summary: We are seeking a Textile or Industrial Engineer to optimize processes at a textile export company, with a focus on efficiency, line balancing, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Staff training and indicator development If you wish to join a growing textile export company and have experience in the textile industrial sector, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of operation sequences (cutting, sewing, pre-finishing, and finishing) * Time studies and efficiency calculations in production areas. * Line balancing. * Calculation of incentive payroll for pre-finishing and quality operators. * Development and monitoring of work procedures per department. * Training of new staff. * Development of indicators (KPIs). **Requirements:** * Graduate in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Soft skills and teamwork capability. * Availability to work between Av.
