Job Summary: Proactive and responsible individual to perform washing, drying, sorting, folding, and storage of textile garments while maintaining the laundry area clean and organized. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate washing and drying machines 2. Ensure proper garment care and correct use of resources 3. Comply with safety, hygiene, and quality standards A hotel industry company is seeking Laundry Operators to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Wash and dry bed linens, towels, table linens, and other hotel textile garments. * Sort garments by type, color, and degree of soiling prior to washing. * Properly operate washing machines, dryers, and auxiliary equipment. * Fold, organize, and store clean garments according to established procedures. * Inspect garments’ condition and report any damage or incidents detected. * Keep the laundry area and assigned equipment clean and organized. * Comply with company-established safety, hygiene, and quality standards. * Perform duties ensuring proper garment care and efficient use of allocated resources. **Requirements** * Proactive, responsible, and committed individual. * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial or hotel laundries, or similar positions (preferred). * Good physical condition and willingness to perform operational tasks. * Availability to work in the district of La Victoria. * Availability to work paid overtime as per applicable law. **Employment Conditions** * Salary: S/ 1,300\.00\. **Schedule:** * Rotating shifts **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one under the MYPE regime. * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation leave). * Overtime pay in accordance with the law. * Complimentary access to recreational centers Club Dionys and Club Toboganes de Santa Ana for the employee and one companion. **Work Location:** La Victoria, Lima. **Apply now and join our team!** Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
