Job Summary: Indexum is seeking a Professional Logistics Intern to support procurement, inventory management, quotation processing, and overall company logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, Indexum is seeking a **Professional Logistics Intern** who meets the following profile: * Education: Graduates of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration programs. * Minimum experience: 6 months to 1 year * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management. * Familiarity with digital tools (Drive, spreadsheets, email). **Responsibilities:** * Receiving and validating purchases. * Managing, controlling, and tracking the Kardex. * Assisting in creating supplier and customer information records. * Supporting inventory control for company materials. * Sourcing quotations for requirements from various departments. * Sourcing land transportation quotations for nationwide equipment shipments. * Dispatching materials according to project and/or service requirements. * Assisting in dispatching and tracking documents for new suppliers. * Generating purchase orders in the company's ERP system. * Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and those appropriate to the position’s level of responsibility.
