Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor - Construction Projects to manage, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of quality control procedures and activities in projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the execution of procedures and quality control on site. 2. Ensures compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements in projects. 3. Promotes continuous improvement in installation processes. We are currently seeking **a QUALITY SUPERVISOR \- CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar or production-related positions. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). * Autocad proficiency is desirable. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing courses and related tools is desirable. * Knowledge of solid waste management. * Knowledge of emergency response procedures. **JOB MISSION:** To manage, supervise, and ensure the correct execution of quality control procedures and activities on site, including material testing and metrological management of equipment, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications, applicable regulations, and project standards, as well as promoting continuous improvement in installation processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise on-site compliance with construction procedures and established quality plans for the project. * Verify proper execution of on-site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements. * Control quality of materials received on site, validating certificates, test reports, and storage conditions. * Coordinate and supervise field testing and technical inspections, ensuring reliability and traceability of results. * Establish and apply inspection criteria for each stage of the construction process, documenting findings and generating technical reports. * Manage non-conformities identified on site, tracking corrective and preventive actions until closure. * Coordinate and participate in internal and external project audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Monitor quality indicators on site, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement in construction processes. * Supervise compliance with quality assurance plans and proper project documentation management. * Integrate quality guidelines with safety and environmental management, ensuring correct application of integrated procedures on site. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Full payroll registration. * Birthday leave day. * Monthly payments.
