Position Summary: We are seeking a Pattern Maker to develop patterns and technical specifications for knitted garments, ensuring compliance with design and manufacturing specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Development of patterns and technical specifications for knitted garments 2. Interpretation of customer specifications in Spanish/English 3. Teamwork and coordination with sample makers A textile export company specializing in cotton knitted garments is looking for a Pattern Maker to join its team. *Objective: To develop patterns and technical specifications for knitted fabrics, ensuring that the patterns meet the company's established design specifications, measurements, fit, and manufacturing processes. *Requirements: Technical diploma or graduate in: (Textile Manufacturing, Industrial Pattern Making, Fashion Design, Textile Engineering (preferred)) Proficiency in Lectra/Modaris systems for 2D pattern making. (Audaces / Lectra / Modaris) Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (preferred). Ability to work in a team, tolerance, and ability to work under pressure. Preferably residing in Lima, Callao, Los Olivos, or nearby areas. *Responsibilities: Develop base patterns and grading based on customer specifications. (e.g., T-shirts, polo shirts, etc.) Interpret and read customer specifications in Spanish/English. Prepare measurement charts in inches/centimeters according to specifications. Provide technical pattern information to Product Development Analysts and Sample Makers. Coordinate with sample makers to ensure proper pattern development. *Benefits: Formal employment registration from day one.
