We are currently recruiting **a Payroll Analyst** for our team in Surco. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of SAP HR Module. * Proficiency in Starsoft. * Knowledge of compensation practices. * Advanced Excel skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work in the SURCO district. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare audit, oversight, and internal control reports related to payroll compensation records. * Validate and consolidate tax, contribution, and payroll deduction filings. * Address employee inquiries regarding payroll compensation records. * Monitor staff attendance; register new hires and terminations. * Assist in executing the employee profit-sharing payment process. * Review and monitor outstanding payroll payment balances for employees.
