Our mission is to promote the emotional and psychological well-being of our patients by offering a professional and welcoming environment. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We seek a licensed Psychologist with experience in mental health and strong interpersonal communication skills, planning and organizational abilities, conflict resolution skills, adaptability to change, and teamwork capabilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Identify patients' behavioral and emotional characteristics to determine provisional diagnoses and develop individualized intervention plans. \- Design and implement individual and group psychological intervention strategies based on emerging problematic situations. \- Prepare individual psychological reports to assess outcomes/progress and establish improvement actions for patients. \- Provide emotional support to patients as required. \- Monitor and follow up with patients under their care. \- Conduct individual therapeutic interventions for each patient. \- Communicate directly with each patient's family members. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology and current professional licensure. * Prior experience in mental health. * Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement. **WE OFFER:** · Compensation: S/1800 · Professional development opportunities · Bi-weekly payments · Statutory benefits and health insurance · A collaborative and supportive work environment SEND YOUR CV TO THE FOLLOWING NUMBER: 966353014 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
