Job Summary: We are seeking a Flexographic Printing Operator to operate and maintain large-format printing machinery, ensuring quality and coordination with design. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and configuration of large-format printing machinery. 2. Quality verification of printed material and defect correction. 3. Coordination with the design department and basic preventive maintenance. **ADVERTISING COMPANY** is currently looking for a **Flexographic Printing Operator**, who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical degree in graphic arts, design, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience operating DILLI, AGFA, HP, or MIMAKI machinery. * Proficiency in printing software (Print Manager, Onyx, RasterLink, etc.). * Basic knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop. * Familiarity with materials and calibers used in large-format printing. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market-based salary. * MYPE payroll **(half bonus, half CTS, 15 days of vacation, EsSalud, family allowance of S/.102.50 in case of having children)** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, and Saturdays from **9:00 AM to 12:00 PM**, onsite in the district of **San Luis (Av. Del Aire).** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate large-format printing machinery (flatbed, hybrid) according to work orders. * Load and configure files using software such as Print Manager, Onyx, RasterLink, or others. * Verify printed material quality: dimensions, finishes, and quantities. * Correct printing defects and ensure deliveries without observations. * Coordinate with the design department for basic adjustments (Photoshop, Illustrator). * Perform basic preventive maintenance and report incidents.
