Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineering Assistant to support the planning, execution, and supervision of projects in the metal-mechanical sector, coordinating teams and preparing technical reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in engineering projects 2. Fieldwork supervision and monitoring (construction site) 3. Preparation and review of drawings and models using SolidWorks A Peruvian company specializing in the **metal-mechanical sector** and related services is looking for an **ENGINEERING ASSISTANT** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate or bachelor's degree candidate in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineering Assistant or in similar positions. * Prior experience as a Site Resident **(mandatory)** * Proficient use of **SolidWorks**, **AutoCAD**, and **Microsoft Excel** at intermediate level **(mandatory)** * Knowledge of quantity surveying, drawings, and project management. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * **Market-competitive salary** * **On-site working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **Note:** For tasks performed **on-site**, working hours will be adjusted according to coordination with and requirements of the client at the field location. * **Workplace:** San Juan de Lurigancho **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support in planning and executing engineering projects. * Assist in supervising fieldwork (construction site). * Prepare and review drawings and models in SolidWorks. * Coordinate with technical and operational teams to meet project schedules. * Monitor construction progress and activity control. * Assist in preparing technical reports and progress updates. * Coordinate material and resource requirements.
