Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor’s degree holder or graduate in Architecture with experience to conduct site surveys, perform 3D design, and provide solutions for sanitary installation issues. Use of advanced software such as AutoCAD, Revit BIM, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion RESPONSIBILITIES * Conducting site surveys * Knowledge of sanitary installations * Creation of 3D spaces with post-production * Design and production of components in 3D SKILLS * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit BIM, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion * Revit MEP for sanitary installations * Ability to handle problems and provide immediate solutions REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Architecture * Two years of experience Employment type: Full-time WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
