A leading logistics company is seeking a responsible, committed, and organized professional with negotiation skills and strong communication abilities to fill the position of Distribution Supervisor. **Requirements:** \- Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain. \- Experience leading teams and managing logistics operators. \- Knowledge of B2B and B2C distribution, KPIs, and negotiation with customers and suppliers. \- Availability to work in Lurín. **Responsibilities:** \- Lead the planning and execution of B2B and B2C distribution, ensuring timely order delivery to customers. \- Manage freight and rate negotiations with carriers. \- Manage the search for distribution providers, as well as monitoring and evaluating the performance of current providers. \- Propose and implement continuous improvement projects. \- Coordinate scheduling with customers and suppliers. \- Submit weekly reports and KPIs. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM. **Benefits:** Payroll from day one.
